You Can’t Get a Seat at the Table While Standing in the Kitchen: Positioning HR as a Strategic Partner

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

Is HR still struggling to find a place at the table? Is the HR function seen as a nice to have rather than essential business driver? It’s a common problem for our function. We’re seen as having “soft” skills unconnected to the bottom line.

In fact, talent management can— and should— be a strategic asset, ensuring the business secures and retains the top class employees needed to achieve ambitious business goals.

In this webinar, we’ll explore ways for HR professionals to align talent management with overall business goals, become an effective strategic partner to business leadership, and communicate that value clearly.

We’ll discuss strategies that will drive value and enable us to clearly demonstrate the value of HR to leadership and employees. In particular, attendees will learn more about:

  • Designing manager-centric HR programs
  • Shifting from an HR strategy to an enabling the business strategy
  • Using the HR toolkit effectively – Less really is more!
  • Connecting the dots for leadership and employees to create the big picture.
