The Seat at the Table Isn’t Behind Your Computer: Working as a Strategic Business Partner

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

Talent management is critical to business success – but it doesn’t always feel that way. Too often HR is an afterthought in business decision making and we’re always fighting for a seat at the table. It’s up to HR and TA professionals to help business leaders understand that talent management has a strong connection to the bottom line and that HR’s role is to provide valuable strategic insight – not simply to act as order-takers.

In this webinar we’ll explore ways for HR and TA professionals to align talent management with overall business goals and become effective strategic partners to business leadership.  In particular, our speaker will focus on:

  • Defining what a strategic business partner is
  • Practical tips to move from the tactical to the strategic
  • Moving away the current situation and making an impact

Join our free webinar on Thursday, November 17 for expert tips and insight into providing strategic value for the business.

Our speaker, Sarah Waite, will share her expertise and practical suggestions for taking action to change the way the business values talent management.
