Rachel Kennedy is the Recruiting Manager for The Container Store in Dallas, Texas. She has built her career around her passion: PEOPLE!  Rachel started her career HR in talent acquisition at The Beck Group, where she built a national summer intern and college recruiting program, mentorship program, and managed employee engagement & career path development. She loves her role as Recruiting Manager for The Container Store in the retail industry, focusing on strategic social media initiatives, employment branding and talent acquisition. Rachel attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas and received her Master’s degree at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.  Outside of work, Rachel loves gardening, yoga, and spending time with her husband and two year old boy tornado.
