Summer Anderson

Summer Anderson’s career in executive search includes over fifteen years of global experience in shaping executive level recruiting strategies and delivering results for Frost Data Capital, Allergan, Booz Allen Hamilton, Heidrick & Struggles, PWC – Coopers & Lybrand and other Fortune 500 technology and fast growth ecommerce companies.  She began her career with Heidrick & Struggles where she helped found the Semiconductor, Hardware and Systems Practice in North America.  As a member of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Executive Hiring Team, Summer was instrumental in architecting, leading and executing the Federal and Commercial Cyber Security Growth Campaigns in 2010-2012.  In 2013 she was recruited away to Allergan where she lead the U.S. Talent Acquisition Team for the company and recently has joined Frost Data Capital as VP of Human Capital to build a significant pipeline of executive talent for the Big Data Technology Incubator that is focused on solving industrial problems within the Internet of Things (IoT).  

Summer’s expertise spans multiple functions to include finance, operations, information systems, sales, R&D and engineering within multiple industries.  She has a solid track record of leadership, delivering results and building long standing relationships in a trusted advisory role with senior executive level clients and candidates.
