That’s no surprise when you consider that talent acquisition is all about delivering the high-quality employees that will help the company to succeed. Because it’s so important, it will be one of the areas of focus for ERE’s conference this October in Atlanta.

Having said all that, quality of hire can be an elusive topic. There’s no one way to measure it or even a consensus explanation of what it is!

This webinar aims to bring some clarity to the issue. Rob McIntosh, ERE’s chief analyst and a former talent acquisition leader at multiple large corporations, will discuss quality of hire with ERE’s Todd Raphael. We will explore the ins and outs of quality of hire and the factors that affect our ability to acquire top talent.
