How to Leverage Employer Branding in a Competitive Marketplace

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

Building and managing a compelling employer brand has never been more important. Put simply, your employer brand is your reputation in the market as an employer, and a strong employer brand helps you to cut through the noise to hire and retain top talent. In a survey by Corporate Responsibility Magazine and Allegis Group Services, 69 percent of job seekers said they would not take a job with an employer with a bad reputation – even if they were unemployed. [1] Don’t be that employer!
HR has a role to play in ensuring that the brand resonates with the employees that you need for your business. In this webinar, we’ll discuss best practices and practical examples of brand building content and activities, and some great ideas for measuring success. In particular, our speaker will focus on:

  • How to evaluate your current employer brand/or how to get started
  • Who to partner with early in the process
  • How to implement and monitor your employer brands’ success

Join our free webinar on Wednesday, November 9, for expert tips and insight for developing and strengthening your employer brand and for sharing it with the candidates you want to attract.
