I have worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation for ten years. In my current position, I am the Manager of the Talent Acquisition Sourcing team and  responsible for standing up and leading a team of expert sourcing professionals. The primary objective of the team is to identify and qualify prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions. We focus on driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with the business units, Talent Acquisition managers and recruiters. I have the opportunity to be part of a start-up team focused on making an impact on the business while recruiting for smart and innovative talent. As part of my role I manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline, demonstrate the ability to anticipate future talent needs, set benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer requirements. I have extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and the ability to network with all functional areas of the business to understand current and future staffing requirements.
