Erin McDermott Peterson is a Partner and Global Talent Acquisition Consultant with PeopleResults. She previously led Talent Acquisition and RPO for some of the most successful organizations in the world including Accenture, Aon Hewitt, and Amazon. She translates her unique global experience to help her clients with their TA Strategy, employment branding, candidate experience, talent technologies, onboarding, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) decisions.

Erin is a frequent speaker and writer on talent and career topics and she hosts a podcast called “Big Fish in the Talent Pool” interviewing global recruiting leaders. Erin serves as a committee chair for the Association of Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP), and writes for The Muse.com. She has been quoted in Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, and HR Executive Magazine.

Erin has a degree in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. She has two grown children and lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and Golden Retriever, Moab. When she isn’t serving her clients, she volunteers with Mobile Loaves and Fishes, the Jeremiah Program, and Impact Austin.

Chicago native and DePaul Alum, Crystal has spent the last 22 years changing the game in Talent Acquisition. Crystal has a broad background in talent acquisition at all job levels that spans from Agency to Corporate; in industries like Technology, CPG, Professional Services, Telecom and Distribution. She has a successful track record building company’s recruitment infrastructure, including process, teams, systems and employment brands from the ground up. She has helped many companies struggling to scale in today’s competitive and always changing talent marketplace. Crystal considers herself a change agent who is passionate about solving corporate challenges with real world talent strategy.

Today Crystal leads her newly built Talent Acquisition function at SAC Wireless, a Telecommunications Service company that is growing rapidly to support all the major wireless carriers’ ability to take the world to 5G networks!

Debra Yarnall is a Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager for IBM Talent Acquisition & Optimization. Debra specializes in candidate generation, social media, advanced sourcing techniques and training. She has national and international recruiting/sourcing experience with a global reach. She also leads a Global Sourcing Team, Develops and Coordinates Global Training and manages multiple Talent Communities and Social Channels.

Melissa Senopole is a demonstrated Human Resources leader with with a strategic outlook and problem solving skills who brings leadership and innovation to the team. A subject matter expert within the talent acquisition field with extensive experience partnering in talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development to execute on various talent strategies.
