Employee Engagement & Recruiting: What are we doing to engage our candidates?

Sorry, this webinar has ended.

While employee engagement programs often focus on increased productivity, they can also have a significant impact on recruitment. For instance, we know that employee referral is one of the most successful, and most cost-effective ways to recruit high quality candidates. Now consider how much more successful your employee referral program is when existing employees are motivated by their work, and enthused about the company culture.

Engaged workers network with and attract like-minded people, bringing high quality candidates to your door. Once those candidates enter the recruitment process, positive interactions with existing employees can make your offer seem even more attractive.

In this webinar we’ll look at how employee engagement works and the part that recruiters can play in leveraging an engaged workforce to improve the recruitment pipeline and enhance the candidate experience. In particular, we’ll focus on

  • What employee engagement means, and why it’s important for companies
  • Why recruiters need to think about engagement
  • Some tactics for engaging candidates
