As a results-oriented analytics expert, Lauren Washington has a passion for improving peoples’ lives. Throughout her career, Lauren has consistently demonstrated this passion by leveraging data insights to better understand customers, drive engagement, and create meaningful solutions.

As Director of People Analytics at 84.51°, Lauren is playing an integral role in reinventing human resources practices by applying the customer-first lens she used with client data, internally. Lauren and her team are forging the path for ‘people analytics’, where employee data is used to discover unmet needs and create a more personalized approach to management. Lauren’s innovate work is allowing 84.51° to better understand their employees; just like the company does with customers.

Prior to 84.51°, Lauren served in a variety of analyst roles at dunnhumbyUSA, where she worked with clients across multiple industries such as grocery, home improvement, and quick serve restaurants to develop a more customer centric approach to business.

Mrs. Washington graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Tennessee and completed the Master of Marketing Research program at the University of Georgia.
